2. We aim to dispatch the goods within 3-7 working days of receipt of your order. However, occasionally the volume of orders we receive or stock availability will result in longer delivery times. Please allow up 28 days for delivery.

3. Shipping charges for all U.K. mainland orders will be £5.95. If for any reason the cost for shipping would be more than the standard £5.95, we will then e-mail you before processing your order and debiting your account, and await your confirmation. Shipping charges to UK Highlands and Islands and overseas may incur a surcharge depending on the weight. Heavier goods such as ‘Plan Chests’ will incur additional carriage charges (charged at the same cost to us).

6. The information provided to us will not be used to send unsolicited email or passed on to 3rd parties.

7. Credit card information provided is sent securely using 128bit encryption through ‘Worldpay’ a secure payment gateway. Our system does not retain banking details for further transactions (although the ‘Worldpay’ system does permit us to make automatic refunds). In the event of an unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks will limit your liability to a maximum of £50. If your card issuer holds you liable, we will cover your liability up to £50, provided that the unauthorised use of your card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from us and were placed via our secure servers. We cannot offer this protection if your card details were sent to us via e-mail or by any other unsecured method over the Internet, phone or by fax. You must notify your card provider in accordance with its rules. Please do not send credit card details via unsecured e-mail. 8. In the case of the goods you ordered being faulty or unwanted, they may be returned within 7 days. Any returned goods will not be accepted unless a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (R.M.A.) number is written clearly and visibly on the outside of the package.
To get an R.M.A. number please contact us via e-mail, or telephone us on 0870 7659 266, stating the reason for return of the product. Please do not dispatch the package you wish to return until you receive the R.M.A. number from us.
