We aim to despatch your order within 3-4 working days, however there are times when delivery may take longer (due to stock levels etc). We will inform you if we anticipate significantly lengthy delays.

We will not be held responsible for items not arriving on requested dates. While we will do our best to get your order to you within a requested timescale we do not guarantee the day and time of delivery.

Returns
In the event that goods are faulty or unwanted. They may be returned within 7 days.
Returned goods will only be accepted if original, unopened condition and if a valid return merchandise authorisation (R.M.A.) number is clearly written on the outside of the package. To obtain an R.M.A. number please e-mail or telephone us, stating the reason for return. We do not offer returns/refunds on large and unwanted special order items (eg plan chests, light boxes). Cancellations may not be possible on such items (special order) as these items are manufactured to order.

A 5% surcharge will be levied on unwanted goods or cancelled orders payed by credit card. This is to cover our payment processing costs. In addition you will responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Please do not dispatch the package until you receive the R.M.A. number from us.
